Seven or 8 years ago. I want more info than a high school friend who hasn't talked to him in years. If he's on Discord and down the rabbit holes, who knows where he's landed now.

I would add, that these "friends" always come out of the woodwork when stuff like this happens. I am skeptical of attention seekers.

We dont yet know how the polls will go this time, Charlie Kirk was an explicitly political figure, so I'll make a prediction that approval rates for the murder of Charlie Kirk will be significantly higher among democrats than 22% . Even on this forum, leftist posters frequently post about how they wish that people who believe differently should be murdered. This is not a fringe view on the left. A substantial number of people on the left approve of violence. If you don't believe the polls, look anywhere, even on this thread. The sentiment is very much like, well, he was a bad guy so of course he was murdered. So while only a fringe of democrats would commit these acts, they have a loud cheering section behind them.

the same person said they hadn't been in touch with Tyler since high school, so like 7-8 years ago. Also, anyone can claim to be a friend and provide any narrative they want. the fact that Nick Fuentes has all but acknowledge he influenced this kid is the tell.

But not a single media outlet is reporting that.

Whew. That's some seriously lacking logic. That's not how it worked in China (you yourself called it "Mao's" revolution, not the "Professors'" revolution.)

It's also not at all how it works in the US. A minority of students go to schools with those "Woke Marxist" professors you are so worried about, and professors at those schools have always been more liberal than the students they output. So what?

I think the anti-American's are the one's who can't accept a pluralistic society. I mean, aren't we supposed to be about freedom and democracy?

Maybe to provide some context, MAGA disowned Fuentes many years ago. Fuentes is many moons more "extremist" in his views than MAGA.

It is clear the shooter was influcend very heavily by his internet usage. It is clear the gaming eco-system was core to his persona. It is also clear he was using discord and other tools that are generally used by people who are right wingers.
