As for wealth redistribution, none of the "plans" involve the truly elite providing any of their funds. It is at the expense of fee-earning people that make their money through salaries; income taxes. Hard working people that got where they are not because of who they are, but because they worked harder or smarter than others.

Any concerns for the working class are feigned to make liberals feel better. It is all about virtue signaling and acting as if they possess some sort of moral high ground and superiority. Ask them about deep vein coal miners in WV and you are going to get an earful about how terrible that is for the environment, and a bunch of nonsense about how they are subhuman anyways because they may have voted for the orange man. Democrats are just unable to acknowledge that the economy is doing well under Trump.

There are a bunch of excuses to avoid giving Trump any credit: it was Obama's achievement, too much income inequality, the tax breaks were weighted towards the wealthy, a recession is in the offing, the economy is not really doing that well and on and on.

The average American knows that things have been better than they have known in decades. Come November when Trump wins reelection, we will see a new level of animosity towards Trump.
