The only person on the show -- in every season -- that I cannot stand. I've liked every other character, or was sympathetic to them at some point, except Yanko. |
Seriously? I feel like there’s not much more to say. They could easily have ended it here. |
Agreed. It’s gotten too soap opera like |
| What happened with Paola and the unaired Mitch Kessler interview? It kept popping up in recaps and the season preview and then…nothing. I expected it to air or be released as part of the leak. |
| Maybe that’s coming in Season 4 😲 |
Season 1 was far superior, steady decline after that. Poor writing and characters that don't feel fleshed out at all. |

Why on earth didn’t Bradley simply testify that nothing at all inappropriate happened between her and Cory? She obviously was trying to protect him - there was no need to give them any details about Cory saying he loved her, etc.
I was so sad for Cory at the end when he and Bradley said goodbye. 🥲 |
It’s also not really about a morning show at all since the two main characters are no longer on it. |
What happened to Chip’s kid? |
|
A few things felt off to me. Do we really think the viewers of The Morning Show would care that much about the deal and connect it to the end of democracy and the free press? That seems like such a stretch. I’m a loyal today show viewer… And for the past 10 years have worked from home at least a few days a week so I’m a regular watcher as I’m starting my day, but honestly other than the first 20 minutes, which is a good review of some of the big headlines, it is fluff for retirees and people like me who want some noise in the background while they are getting ready in the morning.
That whole Chip thing felt overdone. Also… As soon as Jen Aniston typed out Hanover, instead of West Virginia, I knew she was trying to see if he was surveilling her, but would he have been that sloppy? That part felt kind of laughable to me. It is pretty hard to surveil iPhones, especially ones connected to corporate accounts with all of their security requirements… to go through all that, and then blow it with the Hanover remark, felt lazy. Don’t get me wrong I’m loving the show and will definitely be back for season four but I wish they had played that out a little differently and maybe taken some more time with it. |
Agree with your post! The bolded made me laugh though, because I - obviously not that sharp! - audibly gasped when Paul said "Hanover". OMG! He actually IS surveilling Bradley!! I guess I'm just easily impressed.

| Is that Jon’s voice for Mercedes commercials? |
I was wondering that too! I love his voice. And his face.
|
Yes. He’s been doing Mercedes ads for several years now. |
Why couldn’t Cory just say I’m sorry to Bradley in this scene? Marks didn’t apologize either to Alex, but that’s not surprising. |
