There is no statue of limitations in Maryland. There are a bunch of statues in Baltimore City, some stone and some bronze, but those are mostly historical figures. None are of limitations.

Why didn't Feinstein share the letter during the public hearings or the private sessions afterwards, so the allegations could be discussed and considered? I'll tell you why: she's not interested in the truth or in fairness. She's trying last-minute hail-mary gotcha (though obviously planned for some time, with Feinstein "sitting there like a spider waiting to pounce.) Politics is war by other means.
