This just seems desperate. I really don’t see what this has to do with Blake’s case - so someone had a disagreement on set? Blake got 2 ADs fired within a few days of setting foot on the set. We know that Ryan berated Justin at a meeting, seems like these things are common and and Blake and Ryan are not exempt.

I don’t understand how a tense exchange on another set has to do with anything. Blake has a history of negative interactions on set. This just seems like a reach. I’m not sure what it has to do with this case.

It was part of the website Baldoni’s team posted and Blake’s team has never denied it but further, Blake has a rich history of having people fired on sites, so it’s not exactly unbelievable that this would’ve happened. I also think if it didn’t, this would’ve been a good point of clarification from her team.

Lively is requesting a one week extension to depose Sarowitz, Baldoni, and Heath, given that Wayfarer failed to produce all the documents the judge ordered by the due date.

Wayfarer now moves for a protective order on some of the Case/Koslow documents claiming attorney client privilege. These are the documents that Liman already reviewed in camera and ruled the privilege was waived by including Wallace. Liner Freedman now claims it has been representing Wallace since December and provided an engagement letter, filed under seal. Rather curious timing.

Wayfarer opposes the extension because they offered to grant the one week extension to Lively only if Lively agreed to make it 30 days, which Lively refused to do. And the reason they want a 30 day extension is so they can depose... Taylor Swift, who is available October 20!

I can’t believe Blake dragged her into this.

Taylor her didn’t know they were planning a meeting with Justin when she was coming over to Blake and Ryan’s apartment. That was part of their scheming to manipulate him to OK the stupid rooftop scene because Taylor liked it.

It seems like Taylor had no input into the casting of young Lily and Blake just made that up to win over Isabella.

The Dragon text was obviously never supposed to be seen by Taylor, Blake didn’t anticipate JB publishing texts after the New York Times article came out.

It’s highly unlikely when her legal and PR teams took us on they had no idea of any of this. Yet this is what the public cares most about and this is what makes Blake look the most manipulative and scheming.
