BREAKING: @FoxNews has obtained an email ICE sent to Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s lawyers this afternoon notifying them that ICE now plans to deport him to the tiny African country of ESWATINI due to him claiming fear of persecution/torture in Uganda & 20+ other countries, which ICE says is “hard to take seriously”.

He will be persecuted and tortured in all these countries. What do they know about him that Democrats do not?
Costa Rica, Honduras, Belize?

I wish for this guy to be treated fairly via due process of our laws but his attorneys aren't doing him any favors by suggesting this many countries would have such a low opinion of him as a person.

ICE isn't going to give up, and this constant game of deport, block, deport, block, is going to haunt the Democrats in 2026. Democrats aren't winning anything by continuing to block his deportation. The smart move for them is to cut a deal that was better than the plead guilty and be deported to Costa Rica.

You are out of touch with reality.

+1

PP thinks it is still 2024 and Biden is in office or PP thinks Trump is a Dem politician.

Democrats are not blocking anything. Trump is 16 points underwater on his deportation policy. This is incredibly unpopular and you are stuck in your MAGA bubble if you don’t realize that.

+10000

Trump's unpopularity will dictate what happens in 2026 just as Biden's unpopularity dictated what happened in 2024.

I don't know because I've considered moving to Belize, Panama, Costa Rica as a retiree. What am I missing, as a registered Democrat

There must be some difference between Him and You. Maybe you’re not MS13?

I thought he wasn’t MS13?!?

At least 22 other countries seem to think he is.

You are a sick person.

DP.

Sure. In your warped mind anyone who believes in enforcing our immigration laws is sick.

The biggest difference between you and me isn't our position on Trump or Kilmar. It isn't even our critical thinking skills. Its that I believe in, and I will work to defend, the rule of law. I believe in the Constitution and due process. I believe in democracy. I believe that even the person with the darkest soul, who has committed the worst crimes, has rights. Even if I could send Stephen Miller to Uganda, I would not because it would go against everything this country stands for.

I believe in the rule of law and the Constitution as well. This guy has had his due process. He was ordered deported in 2019. That is democracy and our laws in action.
If you are not against illegal immigration, then you are not for our rule of law.

You people are so tiresome. We cant keep repeating the facts.

In any case, first he gets to sue Kristi Noem, Stephen Miller, Marco Rubio and Trump for alm the pain and suffering as well as the many ways they went against the rule of law.

LOL.
He'll need to get better attorneys to do that. His current attorney is grasping at straws.
Maybe he can get Chris Van Hollen to represent him.

I know this is probably way too complicated for your smooth brain to handle but let me try….

Spanish (the native language of Kilmar) is not commonly spoken in Uganda hence he does not speak the language. Spanish is commonly spoken in the USA by so many citizens that we regularly offer translations in spanish at government facilities like the MVA.

Don't you fund it just a tad bit curious that he lived in the US for over 10 years, yet is unable to speak English? Yet, he was able to get a driver's license - he is expected to read and follow ENGLISH traffic signs.
He must not be terribly intelligent if he hasn't learned a working knowledge of English in 10 years.

DP. You don’t need to know English to get a drivers license. Most or all states provide accommodations such as driving license tests in a variety of languages.

I’ve known a lot of immigrants over the decades, including European ones, who spoke very very little English. Most had very basic education in their home country and were just too busy making a living to take language classes.

What I do find very curious however is why Melania Trump, who has been in the US since 1996 so almost 30 years, speaks such poor English. You would think with all that money, at some point, she would’ve hired an
English language tutor to come to her home and give her private lessons. Given that she was on TV before she even married Trump giving interviews, you would think she would’ve wanted to strengthen her language skills. And if not then, surely after becoming First Lady.

Melania Trump speaks six languages. French, German, Italian, English, Serbian and Slovenian. How many do you speak, one?

She doesn’t. That was another lie debunked just like her claiming to have a college degree. Unless she’s reading English it’s pretty bad.

Are you part of the Melania fan club?

The DOJ can't meet the deadlines in Kilmar's case due to the shutdown.
I hope the case gets thrown out, they have put this guy through enough

Where is it reported that 22 countries think he is part of MS13?

Obvious vindictive prosecution is obvious.

Won’t be the last.

Nah…we’ll make the Epstein files the centerpiece. I’m sure they STiLL won’t be released by 2026 or 2028 by the pedo shielding corrupt GOP.

By 2028 the economy will be so bad that republicans would lose in a landslide in a fair election.
