Back in November, DHS found one—a “criminal alien” who voted despite not being a US citizen. As it turns out, he was a green card holder who voted for Donald Trump—three times. Indeed, every documentable vote fraud case so far involves a fraudster voting for Trump.

It's not a poll tax, period.

If you are so confident, let the Supreme Court decide

it is if it is forcing people to spend money in order to vote.

So, they don't buy liquor. They don't go to the doctor. They don't fly. They don't drive. They don't go to concerts. Probably don't have a bank account or a credit card--but they vote?

If it costs money to vote, it's a tax to vote.

An ID that can be used to buy liquor or open a bank account is not the same as an ID that establishes citizenship. How hard is that to understand?

Social Security cards and Medicaid both require ID similar to the SAVE Act.

A lot of people don't drink and don't fly. A lot of people don't own cars or drive. If you don't know this, you are in a bubble.

What part of No Poll Taxes Allowed do you not understand? You cannot make it cost money to vote. Voting is a constitutionally guaranteed right. Buying liquor or flying on a plane are not constitutionally guaranteed rights.

If it costs money to vote, it is a poll tax. Poll taxes are illegal. Your right to vote is constitutionally guaranteed.

What kind of logical leap is this? The American education system truly has failed.

It does not matter what people spend their money on. You cannot make it cost money to vote.

Great! Make it free and easy to obtain (ie not a multi day, take time off from work) process and the Dems would be on board.

Do you need to be a US citizen to drive a car, buy liquor or see a doctor?

No?

Then not the same ID.

Do you think saying it in all caps somehow makes it true? You cannot make it cost money to vote. End of story.
