I would argue she needs to sue the individual ICE agents for fourth amendment violations. That would rein in some of the impunity we are seeing. ICE needs to abide by the constitution.

I would like to dream, but realistically nothing would come of it. I think there have been a number of lawsuits against Canary Mission but I don't recall any consequences.

The wheels of justice move slowly. Last week, an admin. official acknowledged “on the record” that DHS literally acted at Canary Mission’s behest in abducting individuals. This shit will get very bad for these groups before all is done.
