2025 VA Governor's race

In case you were wondering about her position on gay people...

GOP Candidate Said Gay People Were ‘Immoral’
Virginia gubernatorial nominee Winsome Earle-Sears (R) expressed strong opposition to a series of LGBTQ+ rights in a candidate questionnaire completed when she unsuccessfully ran for Congress in 2004, the Virginia Mercury reports.

She responded “yes” to questions about whether she would vote to block same-sex couples from adopting children and oppose workplace protections for gay people, and she indicated that she believed homosexuality is an “immoral lifestyle choice.”

You seriously said one candidate, in this race, is “superior” ?? omg.

Go on . . .

The racist dixie-crats keep trying to hide their racism, but it’s so pervasive with many Virginia democrats, they just cannot hide it.

Their racial hatred toward an accomplished Black woman might just be enough to tip the scales toward Spanberger, sadly.

This is some pretty desperate stuff. I love it.

Voting Democrat often gives you “the feels” but it is a crap shoot whether they mean what they say.

You may not like everything GOP a candidate says but they’re more consistent/predictable.

Two sides, same coin.

Interesting. I wonder if our resident TERFs are going to vote for her.

I'd consider myself a TERF, with a trans daughter, and I'm voting for Abigail Spanberger.

There is no need to slander someone when all you need to do is listen to her interviews or read her actual opinions on issues.

Her views are completely opposite of mine. That’s not slander - that’s fact.

My opposition to her views has nothing to do with her race or sex.

FY I - I think you now can as of this evening.

As I have pointed out, WE did not make race an issue. You democrats did.

Right…

CRT
DEI
SCOTUS giving the thumbs up to discriminate based on race to lock people up
Trump’s constant racist rhetoric

Sears would not be my first choice, but Spanberger is my no choice.

I think someone was confused about the terminology.
