They are related but considering 3 can be true and 1 and 2 false, three separate independent verdicts should have been rendered. |
When she hit him, or before the accident? |
The tail light was found in his clothing after they had been bagged together. The clothing was not bagged and entered into evidence for a few weeks post-incident. No chain of custody was recording for the clothing. The clothing was laying in Proctor’s office drying out for a few weeks. |
She called her mom that night in the middle of the night 3 times she knew what she did. |
She forgot that part. Anything else? |
Agree. Most idiots, even drunk angry ones, stop their car after a collision and noise. Even to jsut check their car damage or wheels, not jsut wtf did they hit. She. Did. Not. Interesting. Or maybe she did, no cameras and a dead guy so…. Can’t triangulate. |
Just like her cop affair partner wanted…. Contaminated evidence to throw out… |
Lots of women call their moms multiple times a day or night. Whatever! |
Yes everyone knows she did it. The burden of law and proof allows for too much BS. Oh well. Maybe once she’s out someone will take law and justice into their own hands. Maybe more of those will help correct the law and burden better from all this BS. |
| Who’s paying her lawyers for all this krap? |
| All the documentaries say there are other possibilities so that must be correct. |
You need to start marking your posts sarcastic. |
Nonsense. People do not call their moms three times after 1am unless something is wrong. |
After the accident, around 5 am. |
“She felt she struck something,” William Read said in the Boston 25 segment. “She said, ‘Dad, I think I struck something. … I remember … backing up and hitting something.’ ok.... |
