I loved her Netflix NFL game special but it was mostly because of the performance and show rather than the songs themselves. She should have won for Lemonade over Adele.

I don't think she seems arrogant at all. In fact she seems like a shy person when she is not performing. She's married to a terrible man, sure, but she isn't him.

Don’t think she should have won for this album but for lemonade for sure. Dont love her since she’s been with JZ but she is an amazing singer and performer. You can’t take that away from her.

+1 I agree that she seems very shy and nice, almost naïve. She created Sasha Fierce (her alter ego) as a way to separate her real self from her on-stage persona. She said she is nothing like Sasha Fierce in real life.
