Why do the DeMatha and Landon players play and look like JV players? Hit the gym young fellas.

I'm guessing you don't have a son on either program but you happen to be attending a random HS lacrosse game on a Tuesday afternoon and crack a wise-ass joke at HS-aged kids.

I'd be asking myself, "what have I done with my life"

Landon 8
DeMatha 7

DeMatha made a late 4th quarter run to get within one. Both teams did everything they could to lose in final minutes, but Landon was already up and failed in their losing effort.

Episcopal 16 - Blue Ridge 13

Game was tied at end of the third.

It was the Caulley Derringer show for Episcopal.

Blue Ridge started hot but could never pull away. Both teams were streaky, playing well or poorly for portions of the game. EHS had very big last 4-5 minutes.

All three of Episcopal's victories have been close, and they had to come from behind in two.

PVI game on Friday looms large.

appreciate the update.

I believe this is year 2 for Dom Starsia down at Blue Ridge, a boarding school in the middle of nowhere. Give him another two years and they could easily be at the top of the VISSA.

Never a fan of UVA as I am from MD and I am a Terps fan.....but always respected Coach Starsia. Great coach. Would not doubt Blue Ridge becomes a top program in a few years under his guidance.

agree. They should get good fast and can recruit from everywhere as they are a boarding school. I believe the school has historically pulled in a few kids from Canada.
