Honestly even if he had the saddest sob story in the world how the hell is it going to look credible when you threatened to sue the people who trusted you with their money? Like hey dick, you took their money and not the other way around and now you're shocked people are mad so being the good guy you are you decide to threaten lawsuits. Big brain move right here.... |

| You know what's funny is that nobody mentioned all the signs at optimum construction hq during the first day of bankruptcy had this sign that said it was going to be back a few months under new management. No apologies, no word of them making it right. Just these crappy signs and Omar acting like he didn't do anything wrong. So I guess it shouldn't surprise anyone he would take the low road and sue his victims. |

Technically this was Optimum Interiors and the sign was posted in January prior to the bankruptcy. Trucks were there seven days after Optimum filed bankruptcy removing things from the buildings. Of course all of that was with the approval of the trustee - not. |

There are hearings coming up on the bankruptcy side. This means with the bankruptcy judge so it will be interesting what approach is taken. Don't think a strategy of filing motions with the court and then taking the 5th if asked a question by the judge will go over well. At the same time everything said is going right to those building the criminal cases. |
