On short nails, soft white, natural pink top coat? Nothing extreme, still tacky?
I don't like colors on my finger nails and looking for something simple and neutral for manicures. |

| When I get my nails done I have them do two coats of clear polish with one coat of very pale pink; no white tips. Simple and neutral! |

+2. Dated and I think they've always been tacky. One sheer coat of white of light pink plus base and top coat is the way to go. |
