There is still $35M that hasn't been distributed to Ukraine. This wasn't about "stealing" money - he is already doing that from the US Taxpayers and GOP donors. This was about simultaneously getting outside aid for help in the 2020 election while weakening an ally to benefit Putin. Why do you support interests contrary to the US?

Now that Judge Leon has dismissed the Kupperman/Bolton case, Judge Jackson's ruling is the definitive word. Bolton must testify.

JUNE 19: Trump orders Mulvaney to stop aid to Ukraine, because.... it's "corrupt." Meanwhile, his lawyer is shaking down Ukraine for Trump's personal gain.
