Where to go for really good mussels and fries?

Apparently the moules-frites at Mussels Bar are disappointing, and the scene is too loud.
We already went to Granville Moore's in DC (food not bad, but loud as well).

Anywhere else in the area?

Note of caution--Wild Tomato on Macarthur Blvd. Barf worthy. Over half the mussels weren't open and the broth smelled like a scum pond.
