Where do you see these pictures? |
Isn’t that most people on Instagram? |
| Brandon and Tina seem more believable as a couple that will go the distance. Jen will have her besties at least to support her when the Tyler relationship implodes. I actually like them together but no way they’ll ever move beyond long distance. Shame. |
On his IG stories |
Oh thank you. How do stories work? What’s the best Instagram alternative to see them? Thank you. |
| On Instagram stories Jen has a promo photo of her upcoming Nashville event that sooooo bad. It’s her, Tyler, and some other social climber all superimposed near one another but it’s a super bad job and Tyler is low res and totally out of focus making a Let’s get naughty face. It’s so bad. Does Jen still have a team? |
Well we called that one. Suddenly here’s all the besties doing bestie stuff together after a post here wondering why we haven’t seen them and if they had a falling out. She’s so predictable. |
You can’t be serious! Take off the tinfoil hat. |
| Anyone else seen any recent posts about her family—siblings, parents? I’m not on IG but I know she hasn’t had any on FB lately. She used to have pretty regular posts/photos of her sibs. |
She’s doing a podcast with them now. |
Idk. Most of the feminists I know don’t get plastic surgery and gush ad nauseam about a teenage romance. But yes, I agree that the constant selling is not helping. I do think she’s running out of content though. |
She had a good run, though. Close to ten years of grifting and shape shifting. She never reached the heights of Rachel Hollis but she’s outlived her career wise. The one who’s really been able to have a huge and sustained career in this space is Joanna Gaines. |
| Joanna Gaines shouldn’t be compared in any tiny way to Jen. Joanna never forced herself on anyone, and she mostly stuck to what she was good at—- renovation and decoration. Her beliefs weren’t forced on anyone. I’m not a huge fan of hers but she seems much more authentic. But I don’t put much stock into celebrities. |
That’s true. Joanna is pretty much the same person she was ten years ago and her brand has always been in the same lane like you said home innovation and decoration since the beginning. She hasn’t radically evolved like Jen has going from one persons to another in a desperate effort to remain relevant. Ironically, by doing this, Joanna has been able to build up a much more successful land sustained career. By being truly authentic. Not Influencer authentic. In ten years Jen has gone from Bible teacher to champion of thrift and material modesty to attempted HGTV personality to social justice warrior to all day everyday promo code shilling barker to cookbook writer. And by always evolving Jen’s now in a severe downturn relevance wise. |
You’re right about the teenage romance, but way off base with the plastic surgery. You have some old fashioned idea of feminism. Most big cities have large populations of women (and men!) who are feminists and who have plastic surgery. The problem isn’t that Jen has had plastics, it’s that she’s pretending her MLM products are producing plastic surgery equivalent results. |
