You ignored the question. What is the appropriate penalty for not following instructions in this case? Summary execution? If the ICE officer had chosen to control his temper, Renee Good would be alive. If Donald Trump had not directed ICE to deliberately terrorize cities, she would still be alive.

No proof this is true so far, as the information comes from DHS, whose officials have made repeated false statements about the case in the news. Internal bleeding could be as simple as a bruise.

she received conflicting instructions. One agent told her to move another told her to get out of the car. she moved and got shot...three times.
