40 years ago in college I took a class on the justice system where the professor said the Supreme Court would only remain "supreme" if it issued rulings that were dependable and reasonable and would actually be willingly followed by the country.


This ruling will not be followed by the country. This ruling is the downfall of the Supreme Court, and Robert's knows it.
