Husband Annoys Me...You?

For some reason, my husband irritates me. I don't know why. he's a great husband, great dad. It's me. I don't find him sexy anymore.

But I'm not sexy anymore. Do you guys out there have the same thoughts. We have two kids now. a toddler and a 4 year old.

Life is just busy.

Find out what you can do to reconnect with your and his humanity. Everyone could use a little more affection and lovin' even when they're no longer "sexy."

When my husband sneezes or farts (he can't do either quietly) I get SO mad. But that's about the only thing that truly annoys me.

It's stress. Try to find ways to calm life down a bit, and put aside some time to reconnect.

I read nice that you should compliment your spouse three times a day, and mean it. And touch them three times a day. Corny, but I do this when feeling irritated like you describe. And it helps the feelings pass. I remind myself why he's such a cool guy.

Mine snores, is sweaty, and farts! ANd sometimes he leaks so he has pee stains on his shorts that he tries to blame on the baby bottle leaking milk.

Oh, OP, I could write this, too. My husband annoys me constantly. Interrupting me, driving erratically, snapping at our kids.
I love him, too, like you say you do with your spouse, but geez, I have zero patience for him.
Poor guy. He's really probably no different than when I married him.

OP, it's a combo of what happens when you have little kids, and you losing your own sexy self. Find your sexuality ASAP and tell your husband you want to put glamor and spark back into things with him. He may be less annoying once you get that ball rolling and you two are feeling sexy together.

Sometimes, when my husband is annoying the sh*t out of me, I daydream and picture myself stabbing him in the eye socket with a knife.

This especially happens when he:

eating, especially cereal or soup
is snoring
farts and laughs about it
tells me about his poo problems
belches and laughs about it
picks his nose
scratches himself, and occasionally pulls his dick out of his pants and lets it hang out while he's sitting on the couch (like that's sexy or something)

I'll stop now, I could go on and on and on and on

Wow.. me too! OP here! Also, he drives me nuts when he eats! Esp. cereal. Why does he have to chomp so damn loud and THEN SLURP! WHY?! I feel bad for the poor guy.. cuz like another poster said, "he was probably always like this."
