If the insurers aren't overcharging then they can stop lying about what coverage they provide.

Our health providers always over charge and add extras. Our kids pediatric wellness visit included a Hearing Test. Same one they get at free.

A “specialist” worker gave it to them for 2 minutes and charged us $100 per kid. And we never got the results only the bill.

When I asked my 9 and 11 yo what that was they said the reception came in, the box machine wouldn’t work, and then they left.

When I asked the pediatrician office what happened they said Yes Herring test was given. I asked for the results. She looked it up: both kids were Failed the hearing test. I said wtf Oh really and made them take off the BS charges and never give my kids another BS $100 hearing test at their visits again.
