That does not even look like her—it looks like someone digitally altered her face. |
Totally agree! |
She was enamored by these boots so I don’t think it’s her girls. |

No “digital altering.” Just Michelle. There are more photos of her in the dress here. https://www.popsugar.com/fashion/Michelle-Obama-Colorblock-Maxi-Dress-43479350#undefined You know what's coming: those lovely Summer Fridays when you head out of the office early and straight to the beach. Michelle's had recent practice on her getaway with Barack in the Virgin Islands, but the former first lady has returned and is reporting for duty. Michelle attended the AIA Conference on Architecture in Orlando, FL, in a colorblock maxi dress with subtle pleating. The striking Lafayette 148 number originally came with a belt, but Michelle nixed that accessory, perhaps to draw attention to her block-heel sandals and silver jewels. |
| That black, white, and tan dress could be OK but the placement of the blocking is not flattering at all. And jersey material just looks way too casual for any event where you’re on a stage with a dude in a suit. |
Yes, jersey material drives me crazy anyway. It should be eradicated from fashion. |
For almost anyone but a FFL, I’d agree, but once you’re at that level of fame... and it’s not like she’s a subject matter expert in architecture. I’d expect her to dress in a more “powerful” outfit if she were doing something within her field. |
| It looks like a dress you’d wear to dinner on a vacation in Mexico. |
Italians are not impressed with her style. |
Do you really think she cares that Italians (LOL) are not impressed with her style? |
Um...she should. |
I can’t imagine what they thought of her garb. |
She should care what they think? Yeah, and they don't care for her hair texture either. |
Huh? She has many hair textures. And so do Italians. What's your point? |
