Do you own a computer? You’re capable of looking it up. It’s not uncommon to get a a case delayed if the lawyers agree. The judge will usually grant it, if more time is needed

Prosecutor versus defender. I am sure both want more time to build a stronger case or defense. Discovery and witness interviews take time.

I think there is a status report provided by the court, but I don't know if it is public? I have seen my friends/coworkers get reports texted to them, as notifications from the court. Not sure if this is exclusive to parties directly involved.
