Augh- please, if a pedo is a pedo and wants to get videos of kids- he doesn't do this miraculously. He finds the forums and sources and gets that crap. Rossi had to have contacted many places and made friends with others to get his kid porn. But it's all mostly on the web- so Rossi's pedo stuff happened finding other like-minded people on the web.
