LOL. Good analysis, but based on Carole's insta she does quite a bit that just doesn't get filmed. Her life actually looks interesting at times and fun. Too bad they won't show us more of their off camera stuff than forced, pre-planned dinners and trips where they all screech at each other. |
Yep agree. I rewatched the first episode and they showed so much more of their private lives. |
Carol couldn’t donate blood — is she really under 110 pounds?! |
You can’t tell? |
It's clear that B is the one who is lying. I think Carole was backing away from her as B has been making more and more caustic remarks. I also think Adam was never comfortable with B. He isn't her kind of person and I'd bet he never wanted to do anything with her charity or not.
What is very scary and manipulative is the way B is trying to spin and frame Carole's feelings. There were moments that are chilling if you watch carefully for B's moments of trying to spin things. I think she's a borderline psycho now. She is saying what she is saying to manipulate. I don't think she is capable of caring for people. There is a lot of talk about how abusive she is to the people who work for her yet on camera she tries to act like she is one of the guys. |
B: You wish you were 45.
Low blow. |
+1. Carol: "She's describing herself." Seems to be. |
Nope - it's clear that Carole is lying. Even B pointed out that it's illogical for her to call C up on that Saturday (or whatever day it was) and start badmouthing Adam out of the blue without context. Carole also kept interrupting B every time B tried to talk. Granted, they were both interrupting each other, but when things started calming down and B was trying to explain, C kept interrupting - even if it was to agree or say "yeah, I had to see my friend in LA(or whever). To me it was clear C had an agenda to start a fight with B. C needs to prove her relevance on the show since she doesn't have any drama in her own life. |
But in a talking head before this episode aired, Carole basically said this. It was a random phone call from B and she was caught off guard and upset by her trashing Adam. |
B interrupted Carole’s point about visiting a friend in LA ***who just list her husband*** and minimized Carole’s marathon ***which she ran, in part, to raise money for an animal shelter*** because it doesn’t fit her narrative. Not exactly all eyelashes and selfies, B. |
so much this! Since they have been showing earlier seasons, it has become clear that Bethenny has morphed into Jill, all about her and her narrative, her p.o.v. period, end of screechy sentence. B was exhausting early on with the tennis match back and forth claims about her life! One moment she never had parents, she raised herself, she scraped and clawed her way up, yet she went to a pricey boarding school and babysat Paris Hilton and was running around the Hamptons and acknowledged her father's influence in her career and voluntarily id'd a business partner in her ventures and now she is a solo business woman. Also for poor little rich girl she had nice stuff and still lived rather jetset. Also wild to see earlier friends and acquaintances like her hotelier "friend" of the hottest spot in Miami who went jail for attempted murder and his hotel has since closed. B is someone you can take in teeny tiny doses. After one snarky remark abandon ship and move on to the next group. Reliving the Jason I and II years was cover the eye worthy. Jill sounds like the Nanny with a cold and was nouveau riche tacky. LuAnn was constantly house hopping from place to place in the city, from her rented townhouse to the various apartments post-divorce. Ramona was always an a$$hole, but a broke clock is right twice a day. |
Word Salad says what? |
B can be a snarky witch but she is no dummy. She is very bright and sharp, totally believe her in this case.
Carole I feel at one point was well regarded by B as a good friend and felt part of her inner circle. Then B wants nothing to do with her and I think it has Carole feeling insecure and vulnerable, I also think Carole is very intimated by B's immense success/wealth. And its funny I actually thought Carol was in her 50's (trying to look 20) so when B said that about 45, I was confused haha |
She is in her 50s trying to look 20. |
