It’s EXTREMELY difficult to administer a test, especially to over 2500 kids. To begin with, they don’t have a test to administer.

Given that they have less access to boutique expensive test prep opportunities because on balance they tend to have fewer resources, yes. Underrepresented groups (like, for example, poor Asians) can’t afford to send their kids to these companies to get a leg up on exams.

It’s insane to suggest that an admissions office come up with a completely new exam every year with completely different concepts to eliminate the influence of expensive prep companies. The Quant-Q had a moderate impact in its first year but then the prep companies caught up the very next year.
