Agree

Wow! you guys are so judgmental....so you think you know these people and know what makes them tick? Why is Matt Damon with his wife? Why did George Clooney marry Amal? Why is Bradley now with Huma? There must be a reason and they know why. People do not date/marry people for just beauty, fame, money, but maybe intelligence, humor etc, other reasons? How about that for thought. People, don't be so superficial. I often wonder why many of the women I know are with their husbands....I would not want them. But, hey, works for them. So same in these cases, except these people are celebrities. Btw, in my opinion, BC is not super handsome, but he is cute, he is fine. He can probably grow on you. As for Huma, she is exotic, not at all ugly. Just like Amal. She is not ugly either. They are both exotic, stylish, smart, educated women with substance.

+1 Huma is pretty enough (she looks Middle Eastern and I guess that's not to everyone's Western tastes, but that just shows that people are closeminded). And if she's smart and a nice person great...she's probably better than the models he's been with and they both have kids in NYC.

Totally agree. Maybe BC wants to have an intellectual conversation with his partner? No offense to Irina, but she doesn’t strike me as a scholar.

Irina is a young party school with lots of gay guy friends that she vacations with.

Yeah, i agree

Same. I admire him for many reasons and wish he could be out and honest about it.

um...ok. you can believe whatever you want, but this isn't the 1950s and plenty of gay actors play leading man roles and people are fine with it. If he was just looking for a beard, he could have found one with a lot less baggage than Huma.

I mean, Tom Cruise? Rumors have circulated for years.

Huma is no intellectual either. All she has is a BA from GW

Why I don't like Huma Abedin (as a liberal woman of about hte same age):

1. Working that high-paying consulting gig while also working the State Department was wildly inappropriate. Her super expensive clothes give me the sense that she thinks she's entitled to live like a mega-wealthy person, but acting like a public servant. Yuck.

2. She stayed with Weiner way after it was clear that he was a really disgusing person. Not just stayed with him, but really enabled him and promoted him. Yuck.

3. She embodies the worst of the Clinton ambit, and why we eventually ended up with Trump. My view is that HRC was so absurdly targeted by the right wing during the 90s that she got a little paranoid, and then placed a high premium on surrounding herself with loyal people. Unfortunately, that means she didn't always surround herself with the smartest people, or the people that gave her the best advice. Huma was an example of one of these not-super-bright people who was able to advance themselves by being a loyal yes-man. I don't really blame her for this -- it's her job to make the most of her life with what's she's got, and she definitely did a good job there. But I don't like it.

If BC wants a smart, late 40's liberal type, I've got some suggestions for him.

She was very much like her boss in enabling husband’s behavior.

She stayed with Anthony because she's a ruthless striver who thought he could weasel his way back into politics. She's a gross grifter.

"Career"? She's never had a real job.

Agree- what has she actually done? She’s like the kardashians of the democrats- famous for being famous.

Agree 100% with all 3 points - also a liberal woman around the same age

Exactly. Her greatest success is “always being there” and “takes direction well”.

Wow I’m not a fan of her or anything but there is some very ugly posts in this thread about someone who none of us know

She’s apparently part of the World Economic Forum now. Yikes.
