My sister has decided to get married 8 weeks from now. Help! Need a diet workout plan!

I need a diet and a workout plan fast. I'm not great at workouts buti am willing to try. I am pretty good at dieting. Hey, at least this goal will kick my butt into shape . Need lower body help.

Seriously. A family wedding possibly means she will be in thousands of photos, seeing family and friends she hasn't seen in a long time, and possibly wearing a bridesmaid dress that might already be unflattering.

You really have never had a friend or read a book where someone is trying to get in shape for a wedding, reunion or other major social function? I don't follow.

I'm not great at workouts but found the couch to 5k program easy to stick with - I lost weight and made visible improvements to toning up my legs. I'd pair it with the Nike training app (I think it's called Nike+).

The only diet that has ever worked for me is South Beach, but I'd be really cautious about starting a very restrictive diet and intensive exercise at the same time.

30 day shred. You will look better in a week. If it is too hard do what you can. You will tone up and get stronger

Do t25, it is a 10 week program, but the difference at 8 weeks will be very noticeable. It comes with a kickstart meal plan. Lost 15 pounds and my body looks soooo much better. Plus, it only takes 25 minutes a day in your home.

I'd do the Whole 30 for sixty days and look at the 30 Day Shred or Cross Fit for exercise. Eliminate all the crap in your diet asap.

OP, would you be happy and satisfied if you lose 5 lbs in 8 weeks in a healthy, non-obsessive way? Or are you going to be miserable through all the fittings, photos, cake tastings, and ceremony?

Who has fittings and tastings when the bride just decided to get married 2 months from now. Looks like off the rack and whatever is on the menu will have to do.
