| Why on earth would they send out a Happy Mother's Day email with a tag line at the bottom saying they are sorry I f you recently experienced a loss? To make matters worse they sent it out to the wrong list of people so current patients (myself included) got it and another apology email today. Someone is probably getting fired but why send it out at all knowing it is really going to upset some people. Do graduates really need to hear Happy Mothers Day from SG? I don't think so. Full disclosure - I have a child but am a patient trying for #2 so I wasn't upset but really feel badly for people who may have been. |

No one is going to be fired over this. This is SG, after all. If they fired people, Cleveland in DC would have been gone long ago. |

| I got the email too. And I am not a current patient, in fact have not been cycling with them since January 2012. And never been pregnant. Still fighting IF at a different clinic though. I have been subjected to almost daily emails from them lately. Why are they so active lately? |

| I saw that email yesterday! I had been actively avoiding FB and other sites that I knew would be a trigger for me, but still checking my email to stay up to date with work and stuff. And I see that come across! It just made me so angry because I feel like it was just not well thought out at all. I mean for one - I don't think they should be sending that out anyway. But two - the little "caveat" at the bottom just made it a slap in the face. |

| So, quick update - they just sent out another email saying they basically screwed up and sent the email to the wrong patient distro. Too bad the damage was already done. |

| Not an SG patient, but I'm blown away that they would do that. It's idiotic and incredibly insensitive. Seriously, who sends Happy Mothers Day message to a bunch of infertility patients?!?! I can't even . . . |

| I delete all SG emails without looking so didn't notice. But on another note what's wrong with Cleveland? He's only been helpful to me. |
