Shady Grove - what were they thinking

Can't speak for others, but for me old habits die hard. I spent a lot of time on this forum as I went through infertility treatments.

Also, as someone who went through 5 rounds of IUI and 6 rounds of IVF (have two children through IVF), I do feel like I have some experiences to share, if only to encourage someone who might be going through a tough time. Sometimes I see posts on this forum that speak to a situation I faced and can empathize with. I valued the input from other posters who had BTDT and I hope to offer the same once in a while.

Good point - which is why I'm here too.

I still don't get all the folks who so vehemently defend Shady Grove. We all are adults and know SGF can't be successful all the time but they can act like humans. Columbia did for me and they didn't send me a crappy mother's day email.

For us it was the opposite. Columbia did something so insanely insensitive and awful that we left them for SG.

It's been a week. Time to move on.

No one is vehemently defending shady grove in this thread. Everyone has pretty much acknowledged that it was a bad mistake and a big mess up.

For me this Mother's day fiasco was minor compared to their other transgressions. They are callous in their goal to take peoples money.
