Undoubtedly. NI actually has an exit clause due to Johnson violating the Good Friday Agreement thanks to Brexit. Scotland doesn't but once they see a unified Ireland, there's no way they won't demand a referendum - either legally or by force. England's choice.
The interesting thing - is what does that mean for the throne. Just like the former Commonwealth realms that are now republics - they can leave the monarchy. But Ireland and Scotland are the reason the U.K.'s entire concept of a conglomerate of realms is in action.
