Chestnut millwork! Sleeping porch! Funky kitchen (which I would update a little, but I hope I could keep some of it, too).

Yes, I'd do some remodeling so I could have a second bathroom on the second level, but this is potentially my dream house (except that I have a house and the thought of ever moving makes me want to lie down with a cold compress).

Pimmit Hills lovers, speak out!

You have never been inside an AU Park sh*tshack. This house is nice and big by comparison. It is not in DC though, so I would never consider buying it.

I think it's a pretty house. I think the windows look cheap and the landscaping sucks. I also think the outside railing could be updated too.

Why did they take the front picture at that angle, I feel like I am looking up it's nose.

Realtors need to take photography classes. I have seen the worst pics ever since house shopping. Some photos are unreal how bad they are. Dark, out of focus, toilet seats left up, photos of couches instead of the room (I'm not buying the couch!).

Cool house! Love so many things. Love the sink!

Unfinished basement after 80 years? Something is a miss down there.

There isn't a master bedroom or bath.

Tiny bathroom upstairs for everyone to share

That kitchen is bad

The rads everywhere no central AC ughhhh

I am sure some idiot will pay 950k to buy it and curse the ground of arlington in 2 years.

This looks a living hell, paying 950k and living like that.

I don't have enough cash to spend $950k on an "opportunity to restore" something.

16:51 again. I like that it's close to I-66, though!

I love it, too. Wtf is wrong with people? It is classic. The porch is amazing. Every room is lovely. It's twice the pice of my house so no chance for me, but I love it.

Btw, I live in a 1936 Cape in Lorton with radiators PLUS central forced air heat and a/c. We much prefer the feel
Of the radiator heat, and we love the option of A/C when we want it.

Good potential if you had a lot of money to spend on upgrades. That kitchen, woof.

I love it, even the kitchen (except for the fridge). Though I'd like to add another bathroom upstairs, take out the wall paper, restain the painted trim in the upstairs bedrooms, and finish the basement. Then it would be perfect for me. Except I wouldn't pay that much money for it, but then again I wouldn't pay that much money for any house.
