What is weird is putting a commit from an out-of-state club that is not even on the list of the local clubs' recruiting success that is being tracked. This wasn't a criticism. They chose the criteria of how to arrange the list, which looks similar to how list was tracked in previous years, and they're sticking to it. You've got to have some order, otherwise it will be anarchy!
