Example would be a roster spot to a top program with very little PT available vs chance to play as freshman and lots of $$$ but for a program that isnβt top 25. Both can be considered success. Or maybe they pick a school with their major or close by where mom and dad can watch half their games live in person.

Totally agree with this post....the process for each player is nuanced.
