If you can point to where he said “I will not ever debate Harris” then I will gladly eat my words. |
It’s clear as night and day. Except to MAGAS who are stuck in reverse. |
It is ABSOLUTELY clear. Prove otherwise. The only way you can do that is to post a statement from Trump saying he will honor the debate. And you can't do that. |
He already said he will schedule a debate once the candidate is finalized. Why do you keep pretending that he didn’t? The only way you can prove that he is chickening out is by providing a statement from Trump saying he is chickening out. And you can’t do that. |
“ Trump told reporters earlier this week he wants to debate Harris but has not yet agreed to anything. “I haven’t agreed to anything. I agreed to a debate with Joe Biden,” Trump said on a press call. “But I want to debate with her, and she’ll be no different because they have the same policies. I think debating is important for a presidential race, I really do. You sort of have an obligation to debate.” https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2024/07/25/politics/kamala-harris-donald-trump-presidential-debate |
Swapped out Biden because Trump would beat him badly. No reason to acknowledge Kamala Harris as replacement until they nominate her formally.
Democrats are awfully desperate to have another debate. He will take his victory lap of beating Biden like a drum for another month. |
He was more than happy to debate Biden before he was the official nominee. Trump is just making excuses. |
I didn’t know a victory lap for MAGAS meant the GOP ticket running around like healdleds chickens. |
The more, the merrier around here. |
Um, you’re the HEADLESS chicken, my friend. |
Difference is that both Biden and Trump had won their primaries then. Kamala did not get one delegate in the primaries. |
Where do you see that? Be specific please. |
That’s a good point. What is different about Kamala? |
Nothing. It was a smart move on Trumps part to point out the disarray of the Dems by saying he won’t debate until the candidate is finalized. |
After all the problems trying to get Biden to drop out, the rumors, false reports, and general disagreement within the democrat party, I find it odd that somehow this is Trump’s fault. Democrats couldn’t get their stuff together. Everyday it was something new. It was unprecedented and frankly shocking. Mass confusion at the highest levels that democrats created. Now democrats have finally settled on a candidate, and they are about to officially nominate her, they are whining about Trump? Look in a mirror occasionally. Geez. |
