Now can we get back to the PhD who is wiser medically than a medical doctor and what their supposed PhD is in. Continues to avoid answering and deflecting.

I didn't claim to be wiser than a medical doctor. I couldn't do so even if I wanted to, because you never told us what it actually was your doctor-neighbor said. And yes, you did respond directly to a question about avoiding all respiratory viruses indefinitely, saying that the immunologist "concurred". If that wasn't the question you had asked them, it would have been easy to clarify, and certainly more productive than going on a rampage against some anonymous poster's credentials. But if you must know - my PhD is in philosophy, specifically epistemology, so while I have no expertise in the medical field (and never claimed to), I have spent considerable time thinking about evidence and what constitutes knowledge. It's not directly relevant to this discussion and I'm only telling you because you keep pressing me about it. Now will you tell us what your neighbor actually said that is relevant to this discussion?

Went on spring break, came back with covid. Self tested. I think numbers aren’t accurate because people are either not testing or home testing.

Are they setting up ventilators at home, too? Because if people aren’t getting seriously ill from covid then it doesn’t matter if they’re infected.

THIS THIS THIS. Who cares if mild colds are not being reported? You can’t hide hospitalizations.
