I can see how UPENN might be upset about her getting involved or starting a lawsuit about the basement thing. After paying for 6 years of her being there. I also think they changed the wording because they realized she duped them through Quest bridge.
As for getting $$ out of this. I doubt it Now she’s made the U look like fools. I don’t think they will be rewarding that.
In any case she’s going to Oxford so they can be the next in her list of tricks.

? Where did you read this. Not on a Rhodes Scholarship she's not.

Shouldn’t Questbridge have egg on their face too? Questbridge for Penn is literally a $300,000+ scholarship!

Yes, as I stated upthread, a student can be awarded a Rhodes but not gain admission to Oxford.

I don't know what she said in her Questbridge app, but as a high-achieving student in foster care she would absolutely meet QB requirements.
