Ya, I mean whose son hasn't put their flaccid penis in a classmate's face

Kavanaugh has calendars from summer 1982 that he plans to give the Senate that don't show a party that matches Blasey Ford's description, according to someone working for his confirmation. Calendars can't prove it didn't happen but his team will argue there is no corroboration.

The calendars show he was out of town much of the summer at the beach or with his parents and they detail basketball games, movie outings, football workouts and so forth. A few parties are mentioned but include names of people other than those identified by Blasey Ford.

I don’t find this highly unusual. My DH has his calendars from way, way back. There are some people who just keep stuff like that. My DH keeps a lot of other stuff, too, but that is a different story. Fortunately, we have a lot of storage area. Or, maybe, unfortunately.

I dunno. This does seem bizarre to me.

I’ll bet you are a millennial. Nothing derogatory about that - it is just that millennials are not generally “collectors” like generations before. My kids are millennials. They don’t care about “stuff.” Wish my DH felt the same way.

I’m not a millennial. But younger than Brett Kavanaugh; I still find it utterly bizarre that days after the Shaggy defense, the Ex Whelen Discovers Zillow escapade, and Grassley’s assistant getting axed for sex misconduct, the newest stratagem are a series of calendars...kept by a high school senior documenting his summer...and how that is supppsed to provide a complete overview of when he may have partied to the point of a drunken sex assault.

Sorry. Your message is undecipherable in an attempt to be witty or clever. Utter fail.

Oh, goddamit, no!!! NO!!! What can I do? How can I move on from your devastating critique? I’m going to hide out with Bill Shine and really do some thinking, some light soul-searching, a little calendar consulting. I’ll miss you, of course.

DP. Again - you're not witty or clever. Try harder. Or not.

Hi Brett!

Yahhh I don't think that is normal more like Office Space stapler guy weird.

Extremely suspicious that Ford still won't allow the Montgomery County Police Department to open an investigation.

Think about it, people.

Where the hell did you go to college?

University of Iowa, c/o 2008. I'm surprised anyone is surprised?

Too bad you were not raised better.

What on earth? I'm quite sure I never shoved my penis in anyone's face, as I don't have one, but of all the terrible things that happened to me in college, this isn't even on my radar.

1. She [...] her.

Does anyone else get the idea that Mrs. Kavanaugh and her friends are some busy bees on these threads?

Because we bring evidence to contradict assertions people are making here?

Has it occurred to you that some people here want to safeguard the seriousness with which women's assault allegations are taken and feel that is undermined by high profile allegations as flimsy as Ford's?

Agree. I am appalled by these liberals who say we should believe her, regardless of any evidence, because women should be believed....because....well....

I bet these same women would sing a different tune if their husbands were accused.

And I bet YOU would sing a different tune if you or your daughter had been assaulted and no one believed you.

DP. If my daughter had been assaulted, I would counsel her to make a report IMMEDIATELY. Not to, you know, wait 35+ years and then expect to be believed.

Yes, great mother you are, if your daughter was so tramatized and begged you not to force her to make a report you'd force her to. Good going.

And when her accuser says no he didn't do it and no one believes your daughter, glad to know that you'd still be on the side of men who are publicly called out for their assaults.

I'd bet you'd have been one of the high school students who didn't stick up for this girl. I feel sorry for your daughter.

Maybe feel sorry for your daughter who has a mother who encourages her weakness.

Democrats talk a big game about “empowering” women when the reality is, they simply want them to remain victims. Reporting is just too traumatic! Vomit.

Yes, we already know that you GOPers have no empathy for women and judge them harshly when they don't do what you think is appropriate.

+1
Nothing that a victim chooses to do is good enough for GOPers and the words of victims is meaningless.

I started a separate thread about women who do tell and nothing happens to their accuser, even with a guilty plea, and that this total lack of taking sexual assault seriously leads to women not reporting. So far it has basically been crickets from GOPers.

You know what makes your post so utterly ridiculous? This may come as a shock to you, but Republicans are also, <gasp> victims of sexual assault. You think they don’t care about victims when they are victims themselves? Do you even comprehend how ridiculous you sound?

Most of us are highly critical of the version of events Dr. Ford is putting forward because they lack details, the others she said were present are disputing her account, some of the details she has claimed are contradictory to other statements she presumably has made, and it happened 36 years ago.

+1
But you have far too much common sense to be on this thread.

Everyone said it was over after trump's pussy video too. It wasn't, and it won't be here. This country thinks women are crap.
Anonymous
The allegation from Tale has nothing to do with Mark Judge, which means the Avanetti person is potentially a third allegation.

Kavanaugh is denying it.

The man simply cannot apologize or admit anything.

My word. Have never visited that site before—damn. I literally just bought some popcorn for the first time in years, so I’m stocked up.

I just read Drudge’s update. Heading to Costco with UHaul rental truck for popcorn resupply.

Let me guess Avenatti is involved? Same old folks

No, not Avenatti. Ronan Farrow and Jane Mayer.
