Exactly. They treat women and girls like dogs (or worse) but use tragedies like this to pretend they’re horribly outraged and grieving. And the usual suspects always fall for it. There was an AI photo circulating that purported to show Iranians grieving over the girls’ coffins. Spare me.

No where was that stated. What I’m saying is that it is disingenuous to treat your girls and women like breeding stock and then use their deaths as symbols of your oppression.

np -- You are being obtuse about what PP is saying. She didn't say she had no empathy for the girls; she is accusing Iran of having no empathy except when it's good PR. She is saying those girls were doomed before they were bombed (editorial aside: at least they were in school).

PP's comments are not sides in the war (maybe PP has a side, but these comments don't reveal that). They are parenthetical to the war. She's simply saying that Iran's treatment of women sucks (editorial aside: as do, obviously, Trump's, Kegsbreath's, and Netanyahu's).

When will Israel allow the director general of the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) to inspect their actual nuclear facilities? Iran agreed to inspections despite not even having a nuclear bomb due to religious reasons from the ayatollah.

This is correct Iran values education and women make up 70% of higher ed. This isn't new, I had a college roommate who was on scholarship to the US for aerospace engineering. Much more knowledgeable than the American students and she joked that no one in her family would celebrate a graduation bellow phd.
