i am in shock that people have been discussing this woman for 243 pages, and the majority of the US doesn't even know she exists.

Welcome to niche influencer culture, which, according to a pp, is pretty lucrative.

I had not been to JH page in awhile and was hit with sales pitches for a book, a tour and another book. I admire her hustle but I do think she needs a publicist. Instead of three sales pitches in a row, maybe do 1 or 2 of the witty posts that actually engage people then the occasional sales pitch. Also, posting screenshots of personal texts is so cringe. So is wearing sunglasses inside.

^^i forgot to add that a quick spin on social media will show you that there is soooo much competition out there for views etc. The SM world is rapidly changing, as are methods to get ahead. I know some twenty somethings who make $200,000 plus from their following. And they do nothing remotely close to what JH is doing. They are literally posting catchy animal videos on TT once a week and are rolling in it. The constant sales pitch has me perplexed.

Her post from today is so annoying. Tyler watched her team, bought the food she likes and went to brunch? And that is allowing her body to feel safe and loved? Isn’t that just common courtesy and/or new relationship standards? I vividly remember posts from her about Brandon doing nice and selfless stuff. Is she just overwhelmed with nice gestures? And how? Her whole life is people falling over themselves to do nice stuff for her.

And as a middle aged woman isn’t the bar higher? My husband also does stuff I like even when he doesn’t like it and it’s not post worthy…it’s being kind and in a relationship.

Is she just inventing stuff to post? So weird.

Yes that whole post was weird. It was like she is trying to prove to the world that he loves her. Plus it’s very on brand with everything always being about Jen and people bending over backwards to please her. She never posts about what she does for Tyler or others. I kept trying to give her the benefit of doubt even though people here kept saying how self-centered she is. But I can’t anymore. Y’all are so right.

Honestly, are readers supposed to think it's really cool that Tyler says "f***" sooo much that it's a sacrifice to not say it for a while?
I stopped being impressed by bad words back around the time I stopped being impressed by a lot of silly things. At 16 it was cool to swear and smoke and come to school with a hickey. Not so much after high school. These two are ridiculous and are terrible role models for their own families, let alone their followers. Words are just words, but it's the desperate struggle to seem hip and relevant that is the turn off.
And I will say it again- 2 years out from the imploding of a marriage is way,way too soon to step up as an expert on relationships, period.

What are these 20-somethings selling?

Jen used to post all the time about all the sweet and loving things Brandon used to do for her too.

Until she didn’t.

What Jen shows the world is what Jen wants the world to see.

I came here to say the same thing. Why has she done this crap to her face and her hair??

Rezzies? Nash? I’m sure Tyler’s friends were thrilled

I was getting Tammy Faye Baker vibes from the picture of her with Sherri Shepherd.

She is devolving and switching her market niche into the dime a dozen self-help and motivation "guru" world.

"If it's not a hell yes it's a no" - she quoted that like not everyone on earth has heard that phrase by now lol. What kind of motivation and advice makes her so special or inspiring outside any one else on the planet? It feels very cringe.

I'm a little late posting this, but was anyone else put off by the way Tyler and his "team" handled people's reaction to his post about the queen. He posts a gushing tribute to the queen which is arguably a controversial topic amongst marginalized communities. He then posts that anyone who disagrees should read and move on for the sake of his mental health? How do you position yourself as curious and interested in others' stories and take that stance? Very weird to me.

These people are so exhausting. Don't put your life and takes on all the things out there for the world to see if you don't want to get criticism and push back.
