I have read accounts where they withhold the medications, or people have to without med, water, food for days. We don’t hear much about what goes on, because these people literally disappear. Someday we will be ashamed of what happened.

Apparently, the division within the DOJ which overseas high profile cases such as these is not planning to investigate. This is highly unusual.

ICE is now trying to start riots in Uptown.

for locals, the equivelent would be like Chevy Chase or Cleveland Park. IOW, there are not really illegal immigrants or even much diversity there, so this is no longer about "immigration"

I linked above to a local pastor saying he finally understood what ICE was all about in Minneapolis. He said it’s about spreading fear and intimidation.

White lives still matter way more than Black lives. You can tell because ICE shot and killed a Black US citizen on New Year’s Eve and this is the first time you’re hearing anything about it.

This is a BIG problem. This is a country composed of immigrants, and Hispanics* are the second largest racial/ethnic group after non-Hispanic Whites. How on earth can roving bands of ICE agents NOT commit civil rights abuses as they walk/drive around looking for "illegals" to pick up? They need a better technique to sort out people who are legally here and/or are citizens from those who are not without causing harm. And it can't be based just on appearance and accent--because so many Hispanics are here LEGALLY.

it's called a warrant. Somehow Biden and Obama were able to do this in numbers greater than either trump administration and without terrorizing the public. I guess MAGA is ok with such rank incompetence that the Trump administration is displaying.

Below is a video that captures how random, irrational, unprofessional, and unAmerican ICE targeting of civilians can be. Please watch to the end. I had never seen this before and was shocked. Young man who is a US citizen and an Iraq war veteran, with a clear American accent, is picked up by ICE, taken into custody, and more… ICE needs a better system.

Are any of you bot ICE defenders going to address this??? He is going to win a huge (deserved) lawsuit because of your poorly trained gestapo goons. Whose side are you people on???

I really appreciate the videos that have been included in this thread. Jews in Germany during the Holocaust did not have the benefit of so many cameras recording. We are now witnessing over-the-top violence being used against fellow human beings as a federal priority. It shouldn't be this way at all, to anyone, but adding the fact that so many are later proven to be U.S. citizens is beyond words.

We are literally living in a country where ICE agents - or anyone dressed like them - can attack, break property, and steal human beings anywhere and any time they want to.

We are living in 1940s Germany.
Never did I expect to experience this in my lifetime.

We cannot be quiet. We cannot blindly allow this. We must continue to record, to share recordings, to speak out. And somehow, some way, we must find a way to stop this madness.
