Favorite Ina Garten recipe?

Do you have a favorite Ina Garten recipe? She's my favorite Food Network "celebrity"..I have always had success with her recipes.

If I had to pick a favorite, it would probably be her Outrageous Brownies.

Her lemon chicken. So easy and incredibly delicious! she uses about 9 cloves of garlic in it. I make it for guests all the time and everyone raves.

Did I mention it was easy?

We're vegetarian, so I haven't tried a ton of her recipes, but I love the Celery Root and Apple Mash (we always have it at Thanksgiving and during the winter) and her Roasted Vegetable Torte.

OP here..I think I'm going to make Ina's lemon chicken ( http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/lemon-chicken-breasts-recipe.html ), rosemary roasted potatoes ( http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/rosemary-roasted-potatoes-recipe2.html ), and roasted broccoli ( http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/parmesan-roasted-broccoli-recipe.html -- I usually skip the parm&pine nuts) for supper tonight

Her mac-n-cheese is delicious!

Yes I was going to suggest her roasted broccoli. Beatty's Chocolate cake recipe is also amazing. I love her tip of using coffee in chocolate desserts to intensify the chocolate. I'll often substitute cold leftover coffee for water in premade brownie mixes.

I just watched a show where she made mustard chicken, grits, and roasted kale - Might have to try that next weekend.

Best Guacamole recipe, hands down! I also make her Tequila Lime Chicken, Spaghetti and Meatballs (great sauce) and Shrimp Scampi all the time for my family.
