Hilarious! Not even a close assessment...the whole team looked for an escape plan. This is not a simple "outgrowing the team". This environment was completely toxic and the mass exodus was no coincidence.

I still want to know what transpired between Skywalkers and BLC. I thought it was BLC that had the crazy parents who get kicked out of games. Did not know this about Skywalkers.

Not even close. BLC parents are fairly civil. SW parents are the worst in my experience. It’s the only team where I’ve seen parents challenge other parents to a fist fight.

Last year I saw a BLC2030 parent scream at a LI player during and after a game. Was told it was not out of the ordinary. Same with YJMA parents.

Parent from the team here. I don’t know why anyone would call it toxic. The girls got along well from what I could tell. There was no obvious tension between the parents.

Parents may have disagreed on coaching strategy, number of games vs practices or the push to support anything YJLI affiliated but reasonable people would not consider it toxic.

A PP characterized the roster movement earlier as outgrowing the team. That’s a fair assessment IMO.
