Some how they convinced st James to buy them. I still don’t understand what st James actually got cause then mce started MDU Bethesda

I think they got a few teams for a year before those families realized what a joke it was. Clearly they did not get a non compete if she just went and started another club

Athletic talent doesn’t always match up with academic dreams. And sometimes both don’t match up with reality. DMV parents have a hard time recognizing this.

YJ’s DMV 2030 Manager… “asked to leave.” It’s really bad when you volunteer for a position and are fired. Sadly a lot of damage to the players and the club, hopefully the YJ’s can recruit and recover. Wishing them the best.

I don’t see the manager giving up control but maybe 10+ players leaving at once send a message. I hear the manager has secured a spot on a YJ NY team. Must be nice. What about the other girls. What should they do?

None of this is true. Let it go. Find something better to do with your time.

No way she was asked to leave she runs the place. If she is leaving then it was a conscious and calculated decision because the team is leaving because of both her and the coaching. It's a shame they had talent. I hope the other girls who didn't make Capital land somewhere good.

I don’t think they will be posted. It’s a good idea.

Yeah, people have a lot of different feelings here. We are leaving YJ for Capital and it’s really because our daughter needs a change, it’s good to have new teammates, coaches, club, every couple years. Capital has a long recruiting history and YJ is new to the area so it seems safer to go. I know there is tension with different parents but that’s true in every team our kids have ever joined. It’s also common for a team to lose a lot of players just before high school, so let’s not make this seem more dramatic than it is.
