Lots of false facts circulating about the YJMA2030 team.Unfortunately, the 10 girls going to Capital leaves the weaker players behind with a bunch of new girls, but they will be well coached and ready for high school.

Related to the earlier post on men coaches, the thing we will miss most about YJMA is the excellent women coaches who were supportive and positive of each of our girls. My daughter learned so much from them and they plan to stay with the team.

Coaches were awesome role models for young women. Any young player would be fortunate to have them as their coaches.

I just want to offer a solution. If your daughter has ever been exposed to a raised voice, a disappointed facial expression, or overtly hurtful criticism, I urge you to enroll at Stone Ridge immediately.

Under the guidance of our region’s foremost authority on feminine empowerment, positivity radiates from every drill. Mistakes are not mistakes; they are brave acts of self-expression. Ground balls are affirmations. Turnovers are growth opportunities. Conditioning is optional if your truth says you’re tired.

This is not merely lacrosse. It is healing. It is empowerment. It is a sisterhood of radical affirmation where confidence blooms untouched by accountability, discomfort, or the dangerous notion that excellence sometimes requires hard coaching.

Namaste.

Sounds like you just outgrew the team. Good to hear that the coaches and team are still an option for 2030s.

this all sounds so dysfunctional, regardless of what's true.

Is the SW 2030 parents strategy is to act like such clowns on the sidelines that no other parents want to come and join their club so they can protect their kids roster spot? If it is the goal, it’s working

What happened? I saw some pretty poor behavior from parents on each team we played, but I would by no means characterize an entire team's parents based on the behavior of a few......
