Annoying moms

Would you recommend an Escalade or a Suburban?

The Scion xB is built on the same frame as the Toyota Echo. Big difference in the look of the car, but same frame.

Do you mean the chassis?

I am the poster who asked the "chassis" question. I did not mean it to be mean-spirited. I was not making fun of the poster who misspelled chassis. I am not the spelling police. I'm not even a very good speller usually!

I was genuinely confused about "chaise." I even went and Googled "car chaise" to figure out what was meant. Then my DH clarified and told me it was probably "chassis."

I apologize if my question came across as, "pathetically full of themselves and think that they are smarter than the rest of the world." I didn't meant to be a jerk or insulting. I can assure you that my intention was genuine confusion. I did not mean to call out someone's misspelling. I'm sorry for the (mini) firestorm my question created.

I'm a bit annoyed with myself for reading this...

Moms who bring their 12 year old boys into the womens' locker room at the gym.

But as long as I'm here, let me add: moms who have to repetitively (and pretentiously) tell me that they live in "North Potomac" or "North Bethesda." It's "Gaithersburg" and "Rockville." I know this, you know this, and pseudo town names don't change it (nor do I care, so stop telling me).

LOL!! These I am guessing that someday a North Germantown will stretch to the Frederick

As the one who spelled it wrong, it wasn't your asking if that was what I meant that was offensive.

No worries.

I have to say I think SUVs are great too - they let you know who the a$$holes are without having to waste time in conversation to find out.

My daughter only drinks water and milk but I don't judge other moms who give their kids juice, I just haven't done it yet and figure she'll have enough juice later when she knows what it is and can ask for it. I'm just saying this because I would hate for someone to think I'm judging them when I say "she'll just have water." I'll be sure not to add the "sanctimonious" look when I say it

Moms who reply with "wow, you're bold" when you tell them you're going on vacation WITHOUT your child. This is more annoying when it comes from a mom who has never even left her child with a babysitter.

The mom who made a catty comment to her friend today when I was at the store with my child about "why does a SAHM need to take her nanny shopping - can't she do anything by herself?" I was with my sister in law who just happens to be Columbian!! I guess it is so easy to make assumptions about people based on what you want to think. I smiled - I actually like that they thought that! If you are out there - you know who you are. Sorry to disapoint you!

Wow. I am very impressed you didn't get into an argument with her! You're a bigger person than I am. I think I may have had to say something. I hope that person sees this and feels like a fool.

Moms who think that milk is good for kids.

"Moms who think that milk is good for kids. " Wow, what an ignorant statement. Please do some research.
