Vienna 05 Eagles (ECNL Regional) beat BRYC 05 (ECNL) 2-0. Is Vienna really fielding a strong team or is BRYC just that bad?

Would be nice to see VYS promoted and BRYC relegated.

^^^Very strange responses from the above poster, clearly a BRYC parent or coach. How is it trolling to point out facts. Vienna 06 also beat BRYC 06 1-0 in a prior scrimmage a few months ago. Simple facts.

So based on one score of one match of one age level - an entire swap out of clubs is warranted? Get real man. There's a reason kids are flocking from Vienna to BRYC and other clubs - the opportunities are greater. We know both clubs. That age group with BRYC has a few great players and a few who are a work in progress. It's pre-season. Leave the kids alone.

Having seen both clubs across multiple age groups I would suggest that they are of approximately similar strength at most age groups. Does that mean VYS is "good", or BRYC is "bad"? Neither club really belongs in ECNL if that's what you're asking.

NP here, As an unbiased view there a few good players but absolutely no great players.

I think what I see said is ugly. Most kids are this level are pretty closw. The difference is in coaching.

It is hardly one age group at BRYC suffering-pretty much across the board, BRYC was bringing up the rear in almost every age group and for both boys and girls. 2005 ECNL girls didn’t win a single regular game all season. Those are the facts and no I don’t have a micropenis!

You're a complete jerk who obviously has some beef to pick. Is BRYC topping the league in ECNL? No. But, you know what...you're looking at something like NC State in basketball. Are they going to be much above .500 in the ACC? No? But, they're still playing in the ACC and could whip your kid's ass any day of the week. Because it's clear that your kid was cut from the team. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if he was cut to make room from my kid, who is well above average - or at least above your kid, whatever that is.

PP you lost me when you started running down someone’s kid. Not a BRYC parent but know many kids from this program and they are good players. Most kids at this level are pretty close and a few stand outs from the various teams. BRYC has coaching challenges that seem to drive away players. They have also lost some great coaches so will take time time to improve. No need to put any kids down because you know they are kids.

Unfortunately, bullies are all monolingual and the only way to get them to shut up is to stand up to them. This guy continues to come on here and belittle all of the BRYC teams and kids. He needs to stop. As you said, they are kids. Let it go, dude. Nobody sucks and nobody is signing a pro contract this week or likely ever.
