It will some time until rosters are posted but there have already been cuts on a few teams, as well as new additions.

The VLC gods took out their machetes during tryouts. Lots of cuts. Lots. Dudes just trying to scapegoat their less than stellar win loss records and college commitment lists lately. Smoke and mirrors, smoke and mirrors. The truth will catch up with you - you boys are slipping.

What year are you talking about? 21s? Maybe kids quit? 22s had little turnover and weren't that strong.

It is funny what people post but I guess that is what an anonymous "feedback on VLC Club Lacrosse" is for. 2020 team has 15 committed when only 10 are on the field at any given time. The list of schools is close to or = to Madlax. 2021 and 2022 may not have winning records at some events but they play top teams and will likely have similar recruiting results. The 2023 team may be the best VLC team and has a chance to be like the '15 and '17 teams in terms of performance. Youth teams are getting stronger as well. All of the teams had minimal turn over. Some turn over is usually a good thing for both the player and the team. Like the other posted stated, have fun and enjoy it. You will miss it trust me. --Former VLC parent.

Thank you for your feedback, Cabell. We are aware it enrages you that kids leave your money-making operation to join other teams.

Sincerely,

The VLC Gods
Curious I saw lots of Madlax kids trying out for other teams and 1 week past Madlax’s fall tryouts for new players - rosters won’t be posted for weeks?

Did VLC, NL, or DCE post rosters?
Anonymous
Vlc has posted rosters internally within club - their rosters not yet posted online.

I think they just haven't updated the site because the Twitter feed shows a number of 2020 commits. https://twitter.com/vlclax

If parents are bailing at 2021s that seems crazy but I guess at some level we are all crazy so perhaps its the lacrosse parent normal.

Crabs website updated. Almost 2/3 of the team committed and likely a few others will join the ranks in a few weeks. 2021 is just gearing up, and they should do as well if not better.

DCE has posted rosters, as well as NL.

Can someone post inks to VLC and DCE rosters? I can only find NL.

Well it looks as DCE wins the roster presentation.

How do they have that many teams so soon? Is this their 3rd year?

I was surprised that there were B teams. The fact that families are willing to stick with the club even as a B team member says a lot about the perceived overall quality of the club.

12 kids left or got cut from 2021 team, whose coach appears to have left VLC. Where did kids go? Better clubs? Lesser ones like TC or VEL? Almost no turnover on 22 and 23.
