It is funny what people post but I guess that is what an anonymous "feedback on VLC Club Lacrosse" is for. 2020 team has 15 committed when only 10 are on the field at any given time. The list of schools is close to or = to Madlax. 2021 and 2022 may not have winning records at some events but they play top teams and will likely have similar recruiting results. The 2023 team may be the best VLC team and has a chance to be like the '15 and '17 teams in terms of performance. Youth teams are getting stronger as well. All of the teams had minimal turn over. Some turn over is usually a good thing for both the player and the team. Like the other posted stated, have fun and enjoy it. You will miss it trust me. --Former VLC parent. |
Curious I saw lots of Madlax kids trying out for other teams and 1 week past Madlax’s fall tryouts for new players - rosters won’t be posted for weeks? |
| Did VLC, NL, or DCE post rosters? |
|
Vlc has posted rosters internally within club - their rosters not yet posted online.
|
Crabs website updated. Almost 2/3 of the team committed and likely a few others will join the ranks in a few weeks. 2021 is just gearing up, and they should do as well if not better. |
NL posted rosters |
Surprised at how many kids from Va are on the roster. |
At what age group? |
DCE has posted rosters, as well as NL. |
| Can someone post inks to VLC and DCE rosters? I can only find NL. |
|
Well it looks as DCE wins the roster presentation.
How do they have that many teams so soon? Is this their 3rd year? |
I was surprised that there were B teams. The fact that families are willing to stick with the club even as a B team member says a lot about the perceived overall quality of the club. |
12 kids left or got cut from 2021 team, whose coach appears to have left VLC. Where did kids go? Better clubs? Lesser ones like TC or VEL? Almost no turnover on 22 and 23. |
| What about rosters? Any ideawhen? |
| likely dependent on crabs who haven’t even posted theirs - prob will be done in next week |
