You're a moron...the fact that successful people do cocaine is true, whether you choose to accept it may not be though. When is the last time you saw a poor person die from a cocaine overdose?

You can get high and bring down the high before your shift starts, how did you not figure that one out?

Sorry but unless you have been living under a rock your entire life, everyone knows that many successful people in high stress jobs are not strangers to cocaine. Welcome to earth.

Because they did not kill her and they did not rape her????? I think that would be a pretty good reason. She was a junkie and OD'ed and mixed alcohol and cocaine, nothing to see here.

Wow, you must live in a perfect world to think that.

Last i checked coke is illegal and dumping a body and fleeing is also illegal. It's like they have this guy "pepsi" aka coke dealer blatantly showing off his stuff in public and they don't arrest him?

1. It does not appear that they found any coke his apartment. So they can charge him with "possession" or "intent to distribute."
2. Yes, it is illegal to be intoxicated in public, regardless if drugs or alcohol. But it seems that she was the only one seriously intoxicated. Do they arrest her limp body?
3. The guys did not dump her body. They brought her downstairs initially to take her home. Then she went blue in the hallway (cardiac arrest), they attempted CPR in the lobby and called an ambulance. There's nothing illegal about that. You are not under any obligation under the laws of NY to be a Good Samaritan and stay with the body of your dying acquaintance.

Seriously, the DA has nothing to charge these guys with. She was an adult who willingly consumed drugs. There's no way to even prove that they supplied her with drugs without their confession.

If it were a black poor crack dealer , they would've already raided his home and locked them up. Fracking hypocritical.

You would destroy your health doing something like that on any sort of regular basis. You would likely be dead by the time you were 50 maybe even by 40. As was the case with this doctor.

they would show up where the person works, unannounced, just to ask questions.

they would show up where the person lives, also unannounced, and this time , they might "smell" something to get probable cause to search.

They would bully the person with threats of felony charges, unless the person was smart enough to "help himself" and just tell them the truth.

cops have many ways to bully poor people.

Hopefully the family is moving on. Must be embarrassing for the husband and awful for the kids.

Hubby is the most eligible bachelor on Long Island. Between insurance payouts and his relative youth and good looks, he's in a very good position to raise his kids and move on to a better partner.

How old are the kids?

Three under ages 1 to 5 or 6. Very sad for them.
