In their first game play after all the upheaval FCV/TSJ has faced in the last few months. Players leaving, players coming in, new coaches, new teams. The club tied 4, lost 5 and won 7. That doesn’t sound to me like a club on its way out. That sounds like resilience epitomized. |
Against RL teams. That doesn't sound like resilience epitomized. It sounds more like desperation for relevance. |
| A lessened FCV and TSJ leaves so much space for SYC to gloat. Dangerzone for GA |
| in some of the brackets- the RL teams are strong. Maybe TSJ should be stronger but maybe the RL teams have just gotten better? RL is a great option for girls who want competitive soccer but want other things too. |
Also played teams that were a year younger. |
Having a facility with a couple of fields that doesn't even hold your own club's capacity and a bar isn't what makes a club gold. There's only 2 clubs with their own dedicated couple of fields of space and neither are gold. MOST clubs in NoVa and across the nation do not have their own facility. That's just stupid. |
| Have fun on your part time use of county fields. What happened to Bastien? Lips are sealed? |
DP - It might be stupid in most places, but it is probably true in Loudoun. The county allows Loudoun Soccer to monopolize the limited number of fields, killing competition. |
Not in the older age groups. |
He's now a special "advisor" to the club |
Every soccer club relies on county fields. You sound insane. |

Rev and LS both practice at Hanson because they can't service their own clubs with their supposed gold standard. I think we have different definitions of gold standard.

| Not having a good start to the tournament this weekend 14-0 loss to VDA and 12-0 loss to Arlington. Ouch. |
What tournament are you talking about? |
copa rayados |
